Come home to yourself. Infuse your home and your sacred body with ritual and self-nourishment, using the potent, ancient practices of yoga and meditation.
Join an empowering and uplifting group of modern women who can relate to your challenges and offer support and guidance as you come to know yourself. Deeply, truly, lovingly know your own bones.
Woman-kind is a group like no other I have found. It is a response to a yearning for an offering I couldn’t personally find when I really needed it. When I had a newborn and limited opportunities to leave the house- and I had forgotten how to nourish myself.
If you want to feel reconnected with the ‘something else’; if you want to remember that part of you that had big dreams, that feels rooted and connected in the magic of life, that remains centred and steadfast in your heart as you move out in the world, then this group is for you.
You can be a part of this sacred group by subscribing monthly. Subscription is month-to-month, there are no contracts, no cancellation fees. AND if you are new to this group, you can trial it for just $30 for your first month. Simple.
So what is Woman-kind exactly?
Woman-kind is a gathering of like-minded, supportive women who seek more empowerment, energy and nourishment. They know the women, mothers, partners, employees that they want to be, and they know that they need more ritual, yoga, meditation and sanctity in their life to help them remember and become the women that they know they are.
In this private Facebook group, every week I share:
On top of all of this epic value, you also have access to every class ever recorded. The back catalogue of classes gives you the ability to practice something new everyday and search the catalogue for a class that calls to you in the moment.
This group is packed with value. In addition to physical practices, you will be invited to work with intentions and the moon cycles, regular journalling all of which will give you a greater connection to self and an opportunity to observe the unfolding of your own spiritual awakening.
I believe in the Warm Wise Wild Woman. I strive to be her. I believe that this work in ritual, meditation, yoga is a way to not only connect with our bodies and our strength, but also to connect with our soul and our essence.
All of the practices in Woman-kind are specifically and intentionally crafted with love by me. They are designed to create spiritual, physical and emotional alchemy for the Women in this group. These practices help you to cultivate and embody warmth, wisdom and reconnect with that wild, free woman inside. Each month, a theme for our practices is set based on the stars, planets, seasons and what I feel called to share in the moment. This group is very raw, very intuitively crafted and very real.
Before joining Woman-kind, I hadn’t attended any of Hannah’s yoga classes or meditations, but I had heard such great stories about them. It takes a lot for me to sit quietly in meditation for 20 minutes, but when I listen to Hannah’s, the way she story-tells has me hooked from the beginning. I love catching the classes live, but if my little one is awake, then I know I can catch the replay anytime, which fits into my busy motherhood life perfectly. The yoga sessions are DIVINE, peaceful and energising, and the space Hannah has created feels like a big virtual hug. So grateful to be a part of this group and nourish my mind, body and soul in the comfort of my own home.
We are powerful beyond our measure. We have the capacity to manifest a truly extraordinary existence. However, we can get lost in our heads, fears and doubts, bogged down in the mundane aspects of life, stuck on the treadmill of existing. Without ritual, there is always a great void in our life, somehow it feels barren of purpose and meaning.
You might have a sense of your potential, of an amazing life, but you lack the structure and the time to commit to the rituals and practices that you know will elevate you and help you grow into your next evolution.
You know that you have the building blocks of a happy successful life. You are grateful for all of the opportunities and beautiful things that you have, but there is still some kind of emptiness. In spite of all the clothes you cover yourself in, the super foods you fill yourself with, in spite of all the fitness classes, pamper sessions, holidays and treats- there is still a nagging.
The thing is, until we are connected with ourselves, until we know how we tick and come back to our roots and our heart, nothing will ever fit quite right. this group provides a pathway back to that deep framework- the structure that will dictate how you move, when you move, what you eat, who you eat with, how you work, how you parent. It all comes back to learning to know the self.
I know what you are going to say. Yes, I love yoga. I try to meditate. But i don’t have enough [insert: time, money, dedication, space, I have kids, I have a partner, Fur babies, I have a busy social life, I have a demanding job] … the resistance to these practices is very REAL. This group is different. it will help you to uncover why those barriers to practice appear for you, it will make you conscious of the stories you tell yourself and will help you to rewire those stories. Plus you will have a group holding you to accountability, sharing their epic stories of success, consistently inspiring you to show up for this practice.
Well my dear, I’ve made it really easy for you. It is TIME to stop putting off your own growth. it is time to stop ignoring those messages your body is sending you. It is time to feel amazing in your skin, free in your joints, alive in your bones. The way there is actually really simple, really gentle, really loving. Woman-kind allows you to practice yoga and meditation whenever, wherever you have a free moment. All you need is a place to sit or 2m2 to roll out a yoga mat. It really is that simple.
You have the opportunity each day to tune in live for a more connected experience and this way you receive the full transmission of energy. There are opportunities to ask questions, seek feedback, even receive guidance and wisdom at the conclusion of a practice.
All videos are recorded live- they are authentic, unfiltered, unpolished. A raw transmission of love, light and energy, direct from me to you.
Are you in?
Who is the Warm, Wise, Wild Woman?
Warm
Lets not confuse feminism with femininity. Women aren’t to be forced into a patriarchal mould. Equality does not mean women donning the pants. We are inherently softer, warmer, rounder than that. Warmth and love is our natural state. We all have a memory of a loving warm embrace- from a mother, a grandmother, a friend. We all have that capacity for warmth. For too long, we have been taught to mistrust our sisters- this keeps us separate, small and tamed. Out of fear, we sometimes present a facade that is cold, reserved and withdrawn. We embrace the energy of warmth and allow it to exude from our bodies.
Wise
We are healing wounds with our own hands and tapping into the ancient wisdom of the witches, the healers the wise women that are embedded in our lineage. They were silenced, their rituals and recipes were burned with their bodies. We now do this work to mine their wisdom from our cells. We have wisdom in our internal source; our intuition. We trust ‘her’, that voice from our womb. We do this work to reconnect and learn to trust those deep knowings, yearnings that we have placed away in neat little boxes and stored away on dusty shelves.
Wild
She embraces freedom, her body. She dares to love herself boldly and generously shares that love outside of herself. She is untethered by the norms, prototypes and stereotypes that are offered to her. She is a trailblazer. She is wild in her body - it is open and free. She is wild because she ignores external pressures and bravely carves out time and resources to nourish herself, and explore her creativity. She weaves a web and moves in many directions - she is not linear and tamed, tethered to a line to tow, she wildly weaves her own web, her own story, her own destiny.
