HANNAH CORCORAN
Although I have practiced yoga for over 10 years, it was when I cleared out from my corporate lifestyle and made time for daily practice that I started to see life with more colour. Yoga has been a key, enabling me to unlock and unfurl the deeper layers, the truth that runs beneath the surface of my ideas and muscle fibres - the essence of who I really am. I am passionate about sharing this experience with anyone who also wants to run a little deeper or seeks respite from their urban life.
As I continue to delve within, I move closer to an authentic life - one where I make the rules, where I follow the song of my soul. This led me to Costa Rica where I undertook my first teacher training and took me around the world, teaching and practicing yoga from California to Barcelona. Practicing every yoga style in every language has given me a deep well of inspiration to draw from. With a few stops along the way, this adventure within has now led me here to this unique and beautiful studio space that I am fortunate to be the principal of. I believe that yoga is for EVERYbody, and am passionate about finding ways to create time out of their busy schedules to help people to stop, breathe, connect, step closer to their true self and uncover their limitless potential. I invite you to come and share this space with me and my gifted colleagues.
CLAIRE PIANTA
Claire anchored herself in yoga while adrift during five years of travel and global adventures. She welcomed setting a bearing to self-acceptance, compassion and good old fashioned forgiveness through the philosophy of yoga. Initially enjoying the physical benefits of a bikram and yin yoga practice, the broader benefits of embracing pranayama, meditation, mudra and mantra soon became clear.
In 2011 equipped with 500 hours of teacher training from Byron Yoga Centre and a healthy appetite for life Claire set sail guiding students inward. Core to her teaching is a call to heed to the shifting seasons of life, to “live in flow”. Her vinyasa classes move with a slow and steady pulse supporting deep alignment in the physical body. Claire believes yoga provides a complete system of restoring health by shifting away from the stress rhythms of an outward focused modern life, embracing a connection to the body’s inner rhythms. As Claire guides you through breath awareness and moving meditation you will be challenged and empowered to captain your own ship and be guided home.
Dedicated to her own practice and evolution on the teaching mat Claire continues to nurture self-development through ongoing teacher training.

AMANDA NOGA
As soon as i was introduced to yoga, a passionate love affair ensued and quickly it became an essential part of daily life, a framework through which to inquire and navigate the world. I have traveled to India many times, the traditional source of yoga, to deepen my personal practice and intensively study various forms of yoga and meditation with senior teachers. I have been blessed with great teachers, in India, America and locally in Perth and I am currently studying under Shiva Rea in the lineage of Krishnamacharya and Prana Flow.
Since completion of my first Hatha-Vinyasa teacher training in 2009 with The Yoga Space, I have been fortunate enough to share my love of yoga with a broad scope of students, from beginners to experienced yogis, grandmas, athletes, teens and pregnant mummies. Creating a designated sacred space for students to practice, grow, explore, experiment and evolve in studio settings, global retreat spaces and with Flow Festival is a joy and a real privilege.
