Corporate classes can be tailored to suit the needs of the organisation. Suitable for all levels, classes blend challenging physical asana with breathing and relaxation techniques that staff can use as tools to manage stress and decompress after a long day. Classes can take place at any time of day, either at your offices, the studio, or a nearby public space. Payment can be made in full by the employer or by the employees individually. It is recommended that you sign up for a 6-10 week course of 45-60 minute classes - but of course, we can be flexible (it's our job).
We also offer corporate subsidy packages where organisations subsidise their employee's visits to regular Tonic Yoga classes. We use online software that makes account setup, staff signup and company monitoring seamless!
In addition to regular corporate yoga packages, Hannah offers corporate lunchtime seminars to educate and inspire your workplace to make healthier, happier lifestyle decisions. Hear Hannah's story, drawing from her personal and professional experiences, as she equips your staff with tools and tips to live a healthier, more productive life. She can also address any burning questions relating to yoga, or lead a class in the boardroom. A half hour seminar is included in any 6-10 week course free of charge.
All organisers also receive a free 5 class pass to be used for regular classes when they make a 6-10 week corporate booking.

Maybe you have heard about this yoga thing and would like to have a go in private before you take to the world stage. Whatever your reason, we agree, private classes are a fantastic option for everyone.
