Mindfulness Workshop presented by Juliana Zamudio: Conscious Movement and Meditation Theory based on 'The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success' by Deepak Chopra.

This mindfulness workshop is based on the idea that emotional tensions and blockages remain in our body even after we have talked about them or have 'unpacked them' verbally.
Through conscious movement (using principles of somatic work), music and meditation we can access different parts of our brain and consciousness where we can release old tensions/trauma, rewire our brain and be in tune with our heart and soul for new levels of happiness, peace and purpose.
In this workshop we will focus on 4 topics, as follows:
Day 1: Who am I in essence-The law of Pure Potentiality.
Day 2: The law of Cause and Effect.
Day 3: The Power of Intention.
Day 4: Discovering Your Higher Purpose.
The structure of each workshop will include: an introduction to the topic, reflection, conscious movement/mindfulness, meditation, closing with integration.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
A Fine Arts Ba Major in Dance, DiP in Education, Juliana has delivered Conscious Movement workshops in Social Work, Education and private settings such as Villawood Detention Centre, Tuart Place, Sydney dance company and indigenous communities. Currently doing a Masters of Social Work at UWA, Juliana has been investigating the power of integrating mind, body and soul and how to re-program ourselves for overall wellbeing and happiness for over a decade. From a Colombian background, Juliana has lived in 4 countries, 5 cities and has earned multiple experiences that enrich her practice.
