SUNDAY 17 SEPTEMBER 2017, 3-5 PM
How is your relationship with yourself? Are you kind, loving, forgiving? Or are you sometimes (be honest here!) judgemental, negative or harsh? While we enjoy caring for our loved ones, we don't always extend this to ourselves.
Fall in love with taking care of yourself - mind, body and soul. In this beautiful 2 hour workshop with Emma Ceolin we'll explore yoga as a tool to consciously cultivate an expression of love and kindness to yourselfthrough nourishing forward bends, nurturing cradling poses and softening supine postures. Expect asana (poses), meditation, pranayama, mantra, aromatherapy and sound healing meditation. We'll focus on releasing many layers of unconscious, over-critical self-talk and harnessing our energy to find gentler, more loving ways to be comfortable in our own skin. Self-love, baby. That's what it's all about.
Leave this workshop with tons of inspiration and practical tools for self-compassion, self-love and self-care. All levels welcome.
