This two hour workshop with Emma Ceolin will explore yoga as a powerful tool for happiness. Expect to dive deep into your yoga practice and into your heart. The key to allowing happiness to blossom from within is learning how to open up, release what doesn’t serve us and embrace what life brings us. We’ll begin this workshop with yoga philosophy underpinning exactly what it means to be happy and how we can cultivate this a little more in our day. We'll then come to our mats to flow intuitively and move into longer yin postures to explore parts of the body where we tend to harbour tension, fear and other negative emotion. Expect asana, meditation, pranayama, mantra, meditation and aromatherapy. Leave this workshop feeling elevated, inspired, grateful and more aware to what it is you actually seek. Step out of your mind and into your heart! All levels welcome.

WHAT TO BRING

+ Yoga mat (or hire from the studio)

+ Notepad and pen. Or better yet take notes on your phone, tablet or laptop! (Even though paper is recyclable it still uses 4 x Fossil Fuel emissions than plastic!)

WHO THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR

This workshop is for everyone, of all backgrounds, experiences and sizes. All yoga postures will be practiced in a supportive, safe environment with variations offered to cater for absolute beginners, intermediates and experienced yogis. All levels are welcome. 

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Emma Ceolin is an internationally accredited yoga teacher (500RYT, 200ERYT, RCYT, YACEP) with over 1000 hours experience training and teaching classes, workshops, retreats and yoga teacher trainings across the globe. Drawing from her Hatha yoga training, movement experience, university studies and travels, her mission is to now share the yoga lifestyle as a path to health, healing and happiness.
