Anyone who suffers from anxiety and stress knows how debilitating it can be. Managing anxiety can be a constant silent challenger. It can create feelings of limited control, low self esteem, frustration, panic, fear and defeat. Whether you’re feeling anxious, stressed, overwhelmed or conflicted, this simple, easeful 2 hour workshop will take us on a journey to soften back into ourselves again.
In this Yoga for Anxiety workshop we’ll learn practical tools to calm the nervous system and rewire our stress response. We'll explore grounding yoga poses, practices and techniques that you can do at home, work or university to help alleviate stress and anxiety. Expect asana, meditation, pranayama, mantra, meditation and aromatherapy.
ou’ll also be gifted with the Yoga for Anxiety eBook (valued $12) featuring poses, tips and techniques to practice in your own time. Leave this workshop feeling balanced and grounded with the tools you need to give the very best version of yourself to the world.

+ Notepad and pen. Or better yet take notes on your phone, tablet or laptop! (Even though paper is recyclable it still uses 4 x Fossil Fuel emissions than plastic!)

This workshop is for everyone, of all backgrounds, experiences, size and age. All yoga postures will be practiced in a supportive, safe environment with variations offered to cater for absolute beginners to experienced yogis. All levels welcome.
